Join a fast-paced finance technology team supporting Workday reporting and analytics for a high-impact enterprise environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, advanced reports, and calculated fields
- Support analytics initiatives that help improve financial decision-making and reporting outcomes
- Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent, and governed appropriately across systems
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests with a focus on clarity and business value
- Work with downstream teams to help ensure data is integrated correctly and reliably
- Document business requirements, system processes, and reporting solutions
- Assist with implementation activities, hypercare support, and user adoption efforts
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and maintain system documentation
- Provide support for incidents, bugs, and system issues as they arise
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of relevant Workday Finance and Accounting reporting experience
- Hands-on experience with Prism and/or Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and planning processes
- Working knowledge of Workday security roles and their impact on reporting access
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Experience working with large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources
Preferred Skills
- Workday certification, or a commitment to complete relevant certification after joining
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Strong dashboard design and data storytelling skills
- Clear executive communication and presentation abilities
- Experience supporting retail and/or grocery business environments
