Financial Additions is searching for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3+month REMOTE contract role. Applicants must live in the DFW area in order to be considered.
Responsibilities include:

Invoice review/validation and uploads

Primary contact for vendors escalations

Reconciliation of large lines of data

Route urgent requests as needed
Qualifications include:

2+ years in Senior/Lead AP Specialist role with invoice review and reconciliation of large data sets

Experience with Workday highly preferred; may consider with other ERP system experience

Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables
-
Thorough and excellent attention to detail

Strong comunication skills, both written and verbal

High school graduate - some college a plus
