Your proactive approach and exceptional relationship management skills will drive high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring we meet our staffing goals efficiently. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent management software to attract top driver candidates.
- Conduct full cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns through ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Lever, Workday, or Taleo to streamline candidate tracking and communication.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate seamless talent acquisition workflows.
- Utilize cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies to engage potential candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Ensure adherence to HR legal compliance standards related to employment & labor law, contracts, and employee relations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems like Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft while providing regular updates on recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
