Our Client, the world's leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Referral Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team by managing top-of-funnel activities for employee referrals. This role will focus on reviewing referral candidates for minimum qualifications, ensuring timely dispositioning of candidates within the system, and maintaining accurate reporting. The role may also require follow-up with recruiters to clarify next steps or confirm candidate status.
This is a remote 6-month contract. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and cannot hold H-1B visa status. Hourly rate is up to $50/hour. Benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.
Note: this is a junior role and candidates with over 3 years of experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Review all submitted employee referrals to ensure alignment with minimum qualifications and job requirements.

Disposition referrals accurately and in a timely manner within the applicant tracking system (Eightfold).

Communicate with recruiters regarding follow-ups, next steps, or clarifications.

Track and report on referral-related activity, metrics, and backlog progress.

Conduct basic follow-ups when additional information is required.

Support continuous improvement of referral workflows and documentation as needed.

Provide occasional support for TA programs (e.g., drafting communications, coordinating training logistics, and updating content).
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably Eightfold and Workday).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data consistently and accurately.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
