Overview

Wawa is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to support the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday reporting.

This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop scalable integrations, troubleshoot existing solutions, and support ongoing Workday initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio Integrations
Extensive experience with Workday Reports
Strong knowledge of Workday Core Connectors
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting Workday integrations
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Workday Extend
Experience supporting complex Workday integration environments
Experience working with both inbound and outbound integrations
Knowledge of Workday integration security and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB
Develop and maintain Workday reports to support business and operational requirements
Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Support enhancements and modifications to existing Workday integrations
Perform integration testing, validation, and deployment activities
Document integration designs, processes, and technical solutions
Provide ongoing production support and identify opportunities for improvement
Support Workday Extend initiatives as needed
