Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our recruitment initiatives forward. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs across multiple levels and functions.
- Source candidates through diverse channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, job boards, campus recruitment events, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, utilizing effective interviewing techniques.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, leveraging talent management software such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law in talent management practices while adhering to HR legal compliance standards.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or Greenhouse to streamline recruitment workflows and ensure accurate candidate data management.
Skills
- Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting, including high volume recruitment and technical recruiting for specialized roles.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for candidate engagement and offer negotiations.
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP HRIS, Kronos, UltiPro, or ADP for efficient candidate tracking and employee data management.
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure lawful recruiting practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Skilled in relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
- Familiarity with social media management (recruitment) strategies for employer branding and lead generation efforts.

Pay: $57,484.18 - $69,228.26 per year
