Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee recruitment processes utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday to attract top talent efficiently.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA compliance to ensure employee satisfaction and legal adherence.
- Lead performance management processes by conducting employee evaluations, facilitating feedback sessions, and supporting performance improvement plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, HR legal compliance, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management skills while maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate HR sourcing efforts through social media management and other channels to attract diverse candidate pools.
- Support change management initiatives by guiding organizational restructuring projects and workforce management strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, project management, and strategic planning within HR functions.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex or similar platforms; strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel for data analysis.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing (ADP or Paylocity), personnel administration, and regulatory compliance standards like OSHA and FMLA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while building rapport across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating leadership in change management initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in organization design, talent acquisition strategies, employee orientation programs, and performance evaluation processes.

Pay: $71,512.27 - $86,122.30 per year
