We’re looking for a contract Workday Analyst to configure, maintain, and improve the Workday workflows that support our People teams. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into practical system changes, and resolve day-to-day issues. This is a hands-on operational role with a steady flow of requests for system updates, data, reports, and dashboards.
What you’ll do
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows.
- Support Workday Core HCM, Security, and U.S. Benefits.
- Respond to stakeholder requests by investigating issues, pulling data, and building reports and dashboards.
- Test system changes, troubleshoot issues, and help keep Workday processes running smoothly.
- Work with People teams to understand the business need behind a request and recommend a practical solution.
- Handle sensitive employee data with care.
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the Workday ecosystem.
- Experience configuring Workday and supporting business processes, reporting, security, and testing.
- Working knowledge of Core HCM, Workday Security, and U.S. Benefits; experience in all three is required.
- An understanding of how Workday configuration supports day-to-day People operations.
- The ability to work independently, manage incoming requests, and communicate clearly with nontechnical partners.
Experience with Payroll, Time, Absence, or Talent is a plus
Pay Rate: $90-$115
