The Role
This is a full-time work-from-home phone role where you’ll speak with people who have already requested information about insurance and financial options. You’ll have conversations about what they’re looking for, walk through available options, answer questions, and help them choose the products that make sense for their situation.
The role is built around warm leads rather than cold calling. Training, tools, and ongoing support are provided, and you’ll have the opportunity to continue working with clients as their needs change. Compensation is performance-based, with earning potential tied to your results.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with people who have requested information about insurance and financial options
- Ask questions to understand their needs and priorities
- Explain available options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Help clients complete enrollment and understand their selections
- Follow up with existing clients when additional needs come up
- Keep accurate notes and stay organized with follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong client base through consistent communication

- Comfortable spending much of the workday communicating by phone
- Friendly, personable, and confident when speaking with others
- Good at listening, explaining information, and answering questions
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Able to work independently from a home office
- Reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
