What You’ll Do
· Perform insurance Verification of Benefits (VOB) for behavioral health services.
· Check insurance claim status through payer portals and by telephone.
· Research rejected, denied, pending, and unpaid claims.
· Contact insurance companies to obtain claim information and resolve questions.
· Work within various EHR, practice management, billing, and clearinghouse platforms.
· Use Microsoft Office for documentation, spreadsheets, and communication.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
· Previous experience in medical billing, insurance verification, claims follow-up, or revenue cycle management.
· Experience working directly with insurance companies.
· Experience navigating insurance payer portals, EHR/Billing platforms.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
