FIDES is seeking Workday Analysts to support across four key functional areas: Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance (FIN), Payroll, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This will include working with domain-specific and cross-functional teams to support the implementation and optimization of Workday within a client environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one of the following Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Design, test, and implement Workday solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and best practices to recommend enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Workday experience and training required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Workday certification in the relevant module is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
