INSIDE/OUTSIDE SALES AGENT (ISA/OSA) JOB SUMMARY

Location:
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound prospecting calls/texts/emails to leads from provided sources in an effort to convert leads to appointments
- Take inbound sales inquiries (calls/texts/emails) and convert them into appointments
- Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics to Real Estate Agents
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, texts and mailers to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Schedule appointments for our Real Estate Agents to meet with potential buyers, sellers and renters
- Set up MLS searches, subscriptions and manage portals for prospective clients
- Put up-to-date client information into the database (CRM) so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Manage and utilize the CRM to accurately document interactions and next steps for all prospects
- Work very closely with our Real Estate Agents to ensure Leads are worked completely
- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
- Work to meet/exceed Company Production Goals
- BE PREPARED for Accountability Conversations (Daily - Weekly)
- Complete ongoing training as needed including daily-weekly role playing
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior Real Estate Sales Experience
- Passionate about selling and providing exceptional service
- Ability to use or quickly learn R.E specific CRM & marketing/lead technology tools
- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Works well autonomously and disciplined to work from home
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (articulate/well spoken)
- Strong phone skills with ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Willingness and ability to spend 80% of the workday on the phone
- Ability to work weekends (1 Sat or Sun required each week)
- Dedicated work space with, High-Speed Internet connection, desk (preferably height-adjustable), 2+monitors, webcam, approved headset, Windows Operating System and a mouse
- High School Diploma
Compensation:
- Typical Compensation is $60,000 - $85,000 (salary plus bonuses earned)
- Base Salary is $15-$20 per hour. In addition, there is an unlimited bonus plan.
