Our client is seeking a Workday Integration & Reporting Specialist to lead the technical data extraction and integration build-out between Workday and ADP platforms.
This will be a 10-month contract to start and will be a fully remote opportunity.
This role is highly technical and will focus on Workday integrations, reporting, and data validation to ensure accurate payroll processing, reconciliation, and statutory compliance across regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain Workday PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) integrations supporting ADP payroll platforms.
- Develop and manage custom Workday reports required for payroll implementation data loads, testing, and ongoing reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot PECI data model complexities, including future-effective dated changes, retroactivity, and historical data capture.
- Conduct detailed technical audits of outbound data files, ensuring precise field-level mapping between Workday and ADP systems.
- Validate data accuracy against payroll requirements and local statutory regulations in a multi-country environment.
- Partner closely with HRIS, payroll, and implementation teams to resolve integration issues and support testing cycles.
- Use Smartsheet to track integration tasks, timelines, dependencies, testing status, and deliverables.
- Support post-go-live stabilization by monitoring integrations and resolving ongoing data or reporting issues.
