Our direct client is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst. The Senior HRIS Analyst's primary responsibility is to provide support around the global Human Resources Information System functionality, business processes and configuration specifically for the Human Resources function. This position requires HR Functional knowledge in conjunction with technical understanding of HR systems, with a focus on Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting. The position will serve as a technical point of contact for HR systems, supporting employees and HR staff on a global level.
Job Details: Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
- 4+ years of end to end Workday HCM experience- plus to have Compensation and Benefits
- Hands on configuration of business processes
- Management of system maintenance, upgrades, and user access
- Design, build, and testing of integrations between Workday and external systems by utilizing EIBs and core connectors
- Analysis of integrations and troubleshooting
- Assurance of data integrity, confidential security, process efficiency, through system administration and user training
- Ability to analyze data and produce report on findings
- Promote adoption of global best practices and standards
- Oversight of Workday security configuration by managing user roles, permissions, and ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Documentation of processes
- Updating/maintaining Workflows
