Partner Program to deliver HCM and financial solutions to healthcare customers. This
individual will sit within our Oak Brook or Chicago offices and will be a hybrid employee.
We’re looking for a Senior Healthcare & Life Sciences Workday Recruiter to own and elevate
our recruiting function within Workday across our HIT clients. This role is ideal for someone who
lives at the intersection of talent acquisition, systems optimization, and stakeholder partnership.
You’ll serve as the go-to expert for Workday Recruiting, driving process excellence while leading
full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical roles.
What You’ll Do
● Serve as the Workday Recruiting subject matter expert, lead and manage full-cycle
recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and hire
● Pipeline, network, and meet with Workday and other ERP talent across the country
● Utilize Bullhorn ATS to track, document, and screen candidates for active opportunities
while keeping a pipeline of qualified ERP candidates for future projects / opportunities
● Navigate between Bullhorn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter and other
networking tools to source and qualify strong ERP candidates
● Train and support recruiters, hiring managers, and clients on achieving excellence
through Workday talent
● Perform within a metrics driven environment, including 100+ dials a week, 25 phone
screens, 5 virtual interviews, and 4 client submissions at a minimum on a weekly basis
● Proactively identify, engage, and generate candidate leads through various channels
including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
● Report into Director of Recruitment - Information Technology to provide recruitment
operations updates, best practices, and ensure proper metric expectations are
succeeded
● Work closely with VP of ERP services and National ERP delivery leader
● Develop recruiting documentation, job aids, and process guides
Qualifications:
● 3-5+ years of recruiting within staff augmentation, including deep hands-on Workday
Recruiting experience
● Proven experience and success recruiting within all modules within Workday
● Strong understanding of recruiting operations, compliance, and best practices
● Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
● Experience working with recruiting metrics, reporting, and dashboards
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Comfortable training others and influencing without direct authority
● Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset
Nice to Have:
● Workday Pro Certification (Recruiting)
● Understanding ERP market space, legacy supports for a Workday implementation, and
cross recruiting on UKG, Infor/Lawson, SAP, Oracle, ADP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
● Experience supporting Workday implementations, upgrades, or global rollouts
● Background in high-growth, enterprise, or complex matrixed organizations
