Title: Workday Go-Live Trainers
Location: 8-5pm PST Remote
- MUST be on-site 1-2 weeks before/after April 19th go-live in Walnut Creek, CA and/or Concord, CA
- Potential weekend and nightshifts required around Go-Live date for added support
Duration: 6+ weeks

Job Description:
A client in the Healthcare Industry is looking for Workday Trainers with industry and product expertise to train healthcare leaders and staff post Workday Go-Live. Trainers should have experience in supporting/training employees on Workday Timetracking and Shiftwizard in a US Healthcare organization.
Day to Day/Responsibilities:
- Work on a team of 6-8 under the guidance of Client Informatics and Project Management leadership
- Provide industry and product expertise to train leaders and staff for a successful go-live
- Provide elbow support and training to healthcare employees as needed
- Create training materials and conduct training classes as needed
Must Haves:
- Workday Certified or equivalent experience training professionals in Workday Timetracking and/or Shiftwizard
- Experience creating custom training materials for go-live support
- Experience with support tracking and resolution via virtual and in person interactions
- Experience in the Healthcare industry

Compensation:
$60/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
