Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Lead / Architect to support an upcoming Workday launch initiative, with potential involvement in additional Launch Express projects. This individual will provide functional leadership across HCM and Core Compensation, ensuring successful configuration, alignment to business requirements, and overall solution integrity.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide design decisions, support deployment activities, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the launch lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities -
Serve as the functional lead for Workday HCM and Core Compensation during launch activities

Lead design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations

Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment support

Provide architectural guidance to ensure alignment with Workday best practices

Support Launch Express methodology efforts and future launch-related initiatives

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Required Qualifications -
Proven experience leading Workday HCM implementations or launch projects

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Relevant Workday certifications (HCM required)
