Our client, a leading AmLaw100 firm, is looking to hire an HR Systems Manager to their team.
A global professional services organization is seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to support a large-scale enterprise HRIS transformation and ongoing system optimization. This role will partner closely with HR leadership, Compensation, IT, and senior business stakeholders across a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
This position is well suited for candidates with backgrounds in HRIS consulting or in-house HR teams who have led or supported enterprise HR technology implementations.
Reporting Line: Senior HR Leader, HR Systems & Compensation
Key Responsibilities
- Play a lead role in a multi-phase enterprise HRIS implementation (non-Workday), including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Manage and enhance a portfolio of HR technology platforms, including core HRIS, recruiting, performance, and time & attendance systems
- Partner closely with Compensation leadership on system configuration, data accuracy, analytics, and reporting needs
- Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Support vendor evaluations, RFP processes, and HR technology roadmap planning
- Oversee integrations between HR systems and payroll, finance, and other enterprise platforms
- Serve as a trusted HR systems advisor to senior stakeholders and functional leaders
- Ensure strong HR data governance, documentation, compliance readiness, and audit support
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to enable data-driven people decisions
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and continuous process improvement across HR systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HR systems / HRIS, including enterprise implementations
- Experience in HRIS consulting, professional services, financial services, or large complex organizations
- Hands-on experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (enterprise-scale systems preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, integrations, and reporting
- Comfortable working with senior leaders in a polished, client-facing environment
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL, HRIS certifications, or analytics experience a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive data
