We’re seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Specialist who will serve as the primary administrator and optimization lead for the organization’s HR technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving data integrity, enhancing system functionality, and partnering closely with HR and business leaders to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and enhance HR systems to ensure accurate employee data and smooth process flow.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support analytics and decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate system needs, identify process improvements, and implement new features or modules.
- Manage the onboarding/offboarding workflows, organization structure changes, and system permissions.
- Support HR projects including audits, compliance initiatives, system upgrades, and data clean-up.
- Train HR team members and leaders on system functionality and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity through routine audits and proactive quality checks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS, HR analytics, or HR operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with at Workday preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Experience improving HR workflows or implementing system enhancements.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
