Location: Oak Brook, IL (Onsite 3 days/week)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer execution.
- Develop and implements diverse recruiting strategies for assigned client groups that attract the best qualified talent
- Source, identify, and engage qualified talent through multiple channels consistent with job requirements.
- Evaluate applicants’ experience, skills, and qualifications using structured assessment and screening practices.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Elevate talent pools through proactive and innovative sourcing methods—such as participating in industry conferences, utilizing robust professional networks, and optimizing referral channels.
- Apply knowledge of the external talent market to support hiring decisions and ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and communicate candidate market trends.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support defined workforce plans.
- Lead special projects or initiatives within the TA team as assigned.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, activities, and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- Deliver scheduled reports to business leaders on a defined cadence and facilitate regular status update meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or Management preferred)
- Strong network of Chicagoland professionals
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday Recruiting preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with top-notch multitasking skills
- Skilled in developing reports and presenting meaningful data insights to business leadership with minimal guidance.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and general HR technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation with a “solutions-first” mindset.
- Ability to adapt communication style to effectively partner across all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
