As Senior Account Manager, Amazon at Levi's, you and your team drive end-to-end our wholesale Amazon business. You set strategy, develop talent, and partner cross-functionally to drive profitable growth in a complex, data-driven marketplace. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of sales performance, execution, and key Amazon relationships. You report to the Director of Amazon Wholesale.

Lead an account team, setting clear priorities, goals, and accountability.
Manage Amazon sales strategy and execution, driving revenue, profitability, and long-term growth.
Manage senior-level relationships with Amazon buyers and partners, influencing outcomes through data and insights.
Oversee forecasting, demand planning, inventory health, and seasonal execution to ensure in-stock and operational performance.
Partner across Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Marketing, and Ecommerce to align assortments, content, and execution.
Oversee the Amazon P&L, using analytics to manage performance drivers, identify risks, and unlock growth opportunities.
Stay ahead of marketplace trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and decision-making.
About You
8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role within wholesale, retail, or consumer goods.
Unconventional thinker, driven to innovate and interested in a typical sales position
Deep understanding of Amazon's wholesale model and marketplace dynamics.
People management experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and retail math.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) a plus.
Clear, confident communicator with strong cross-functional influence skills.
This is a remote role based in the United States.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $122,800 - $198,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
