Looking for a Director of HRIS to lead enterprise HR technology strategy and delivery. Must own platform roadmap and governance for UKG Core HR/payroll, talent modules, SmartRecruiters, and critical integrations, ensuring secure, SOX‑compliant, reliable data flows and high‑quality teammate experiences.
Required
- 10 years in Human Resource Technology
- 5+ years in leadership roles owning enterprise HRIS platforms.
- Understanding of operations and vision for technology, including AI and its future use
- Expertise with Process Automation and scaling systems with HR Process
- Expertise with UKG and SmartRecruiters (Workday experience a plus)
- Expertise designing SOX‑aligned controls for HRIS data/reporting; familiarity with audit evidence and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management--ability to translate HR policy into technical configurations and scalable processes.
- Experience in multi‑brand retail/field operations environments and job code governance.
- Exposure to RPA/automation for HR processes and API‑level data mappings
- Vendor management across HR tech stacks; contract/SLA evaluation.
- Ability to be a hands-on Manager—this is a working director position
- Previous experience working for a company with 5,000+ employees
