- Consulting Expertise: Manager (10+) years in client-facing roles, leading large-scale ERP and digital transformations.
- OCM Methodologies: Mastery of frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, and ACMP; proven ability to design and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies for finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and more.
- ERP & Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Teamcenter (PLM) —even integrations across multi-cloud environments.
- Workstream Leadership: Demonstrated history managing multiple change streams—balancing deliverables, resources, budgets, risk, and stakeholder alignment. Digital Fluency: Ability to leverage data-driven tools (Power BI, Tableau, ERP analytics) for readiness insights and decision support.
- Communication & Training: Expert in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, interactive training design (microlearning, LMS, VR), and executive-level coaching .
- Agile Hybrid Delivery: Comfortable navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches using tools like Jira and Smartsheet.
- Interpersonal Influence: Strong facilitation, influence, and relationship-building skills—especially in global, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, finance).
- Diversity & Inclusion: Experience leading diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in transformation contexts.
