Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and facilitating introductions to key team members.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Manage onboarding systems using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or iCIMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with employment laws.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions covering company policies, benefits enrollment, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) procedures like Workday or PeopleSoft, and employment contracts.
- Assist in talent management activities such as employee evaluations, succession planning, and training & development programs to support ongoing employee growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with new hires through effective communication skills, cold calling when necessary, and personalized follow-ups to enhance engagement.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates via social media management tools and HR sourcing strategies like campus recruitment or executive recruiting initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or onboarding coordination with a focus on talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and candidates.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during onboarding processes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation such as contracts and employee records.
- Experience with sales techniques such as lead generation and relationship management is a plus for engaging potential candidates or internal stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in tools like Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, Paychex, or UltiPro for HR operations and reporting purposes. Pay: $47,224.05 - $56,871.98 per year
