Senior HRIS Operations Analyst – Workday HCM to support enterprise-level HR Operations within a complex global organization. This is a
Lead-level, player-coach role requiring deep Workday HCM expertise combined with strong interpersonal and teaching capabilities. While technical proficiency is critical, the hiring manager places equal emphasis on
soft skills, collaboration, inclusivity, and the ability to mentor others.
The ideal candidate is a
Workday “Super User” who can administer system changes, execute mass data updates (EIBs), resolve complex transactional issues, run audit reports to ensure data integrity, and support both operational and project-based initiatives. Corporate enterprise-level experience is required.

What You Will Be Accountable For
- Serve as a Workday HCM subject matter expert (HCM module primarily).
- Execute and administer system changes including hires, terminations, job changes, compensation updates, and organizational restructures.
- Perform mass data loads and updates using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday data corrections, including:
- Corrections within Workday
- Rescinded/resender issues
- Termination changes
- Run audit reports and validate data accuracy to ensure Workday remains the system of record.
- Maintain data integrity across the employee lifecycle and act as a lead-level resource within HR Operations.
- Mentor and coach HR team members; function as a strong teacher and knowledge resource.
- Support enterprise-level workforce reporting by developing and running audit reports to ensure data compliance and regulatory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and global HR policies and support HR-related project work alongside daily Workday operations.
- Participate in Workday enhancements and system updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams.
- Utilize Jira for tracking requests, workflows, and issue management.
- Leverage Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) for reporting and documentation.
What Qualifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience (HCM module focused).
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Workday business processes
- EIB mass data loads
- Data corrections and transaction troubleshooting
- Jira for tracking
- Experience handling:
- Termination changes
- Rescinded/reopened transactions
- Employee data corrections
- Experience running audit reports and validating data accuracy.
- Corporate enterprise-level HR Operations experience.
- Strong communication and teaching ability.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Google HR and Workspace proficiency (especially Sheets).
- Experience balancing operational work with project initiatives.
