Overview:
The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships that enable a consistently successful, end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics within targeted talent pools. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent. The Recruiter is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role ensures all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Scope of Work:
- Provides expertise and leads in the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees.
- Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge.
- Develops innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- 2+ years of experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment activity supporting clients in the federal government space
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Bachelor's degree
