A leading global alternative asset manager is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting both corporate and investment functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer stage
- Partner closely with senior leaders to define hiring needs and success profiles
- Oversee approximately 15–20 active requisitions at a time
- Source passive candidates in competitive financial services markets
- Conduct detailed candidate screenings and present qualified talent to hiring teams
- Lead offer discussions and compensation negotiations
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate ATS records
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Background in financial services, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or similar environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and navigating competitive markets
- Familiarity with Avature and/or Workday Recruiting is a plus
