Workday HCM FIN Functional Developer

Digital Resource Group is hiring for a Workday HCM or FIN developer for a project management opportunity either Remote or the Greater Boston Area.

As a Workday HCM FIN Functional Lead you will:

Work in a large enterprise deployment of Workday HCM and FIN modules and support digital scrum Workday development teams
Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive data and software platform
Run data-driven experiments to inform product direction
Design and spec product features and capabilities to achieve customer outcomes
Set clear expectations with internal stakeholders, HR, IT, Legal, Finance and gain buy-in to move forward on Workday implementation opportunities in the market
Champion new approaches to product management within the team and with stakeholders

Qualifications:

Senior level technical professional, typically requires 7+ years’ experience
5 years as Engineer Lead or Senior Product Manager - in Workday HCM, HR Core, Recruiting, FIN Financials
5 years experience building Workday applications

Education

Bachelors of Science degree Preferred - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
