Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a strong focus on engineering and manufacturing roles. This individual will act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, driving sourcing strategies, managing requisitions, and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced, consultative environment. The role requires someone who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and bring a data-driven approach to hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developed and executed strategic sourcing plans to attract top engineering, manufacturing, and professional talent across the U.S.
- Managed a high-volume requisition load (up to 15+ roles), ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates
- Partnered closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, set expectations, and guide hiring decisions
- Utilized market insights and talent data to influence recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes
- Built and maintained strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and outreach
- Delivered a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Provided regular updates, reporting, and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market conditions
- Ensured compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices
- Supported ATS processes and system utilization, including platforms such as Workday and/or SuccessFactors
- Contributed to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on engineering and/or manufacturing recruitment
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence and push back with hiring leaders when needed
- Experience developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday and/or SuccessFactors preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and quickly ramp in a new environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (flexible based on experience)
