Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and success criteria.
- Manage project portfolios by prioritizing initiatives, monitoring progress using tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6, and adjusting plans as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies such as Kaizen.
- Oversee vendor management activities including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycle phases while managing scope changes, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication effectively.
Skills
- Extensive experience in project management including program development, design, implementation, and closure using PMBOK or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Smartsheet, Trello, Confluence, Workday, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools for scheduling and collaboration.
- Strong leadership capabilities with supervising experience in team management and project coordination roles.
- Expertise in change management practices to facilitate organizational transitions smoothly.
- Advanced skills in requirements analysis, process mapping (including Visio), data collection/analysis (using SAS or similar tools), and business process modeling.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects along with familiarity with ERP systems, content management systems, and product lifecycle management tools.
- Excellent communication skills for presentation delivery, technical writing, meeting facilitation, and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage risks proactively using earned value management techniques while maintaining quality standards throughout the project management lifecycle. Pay: $94,803.45 - $120,085.88 per year
