Overview
We are seeking a tech‑savvy HCM Training Specialist to support statewide talent acquisition and performance management initiatives across Georgia agencies. This role focuses on delivering and enhancing training for GA@WORK (Workday) while partnering with HR stakeholders to drive adoption and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and in‑person training on Workday (GA@WORK) modules
- Train agency recruiters on hiring best practices, talent pools, internships, and Workday recruiting tools
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials (courses, guides, exercises)
- Analyze Workday training data and create reports and presentations
- Support LMS administration (enrollments, learning paths, exams)
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and respond to training requests
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience delivering training (in‑person, virtual, online)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with HR systems and training environments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Core HCM / Talent / Compensation experience (admin or trainer)
- HRIS systems training experience
- Background in HR, talent acquisition, or performance management
Work Model
Hybrid (telework encouraged; some on‑site presence required)
