Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Client Service and Activation Lead for a client in the benefits industry. This role will support Workday Benefits implementations and ongoing client relationships. This role is split evenly between client-facing project management and hands-on system administration. This individual will act as a key liaison between clients, Workday integrators, and internal EDI analysts, pulling the right information together to ensure successful file creation and delivery to carriers. Duties include: - Lead kickoff calls with clients and Workday integrators - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and file creation process -Proactively dig in and ask detailed questions to the client (e.g., Where are we in the file creation process? What data is still needed?) -Act as a trusted client partner focused on relationship management and alignment
