Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving organizational culture. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS to attract top candidates through innovative sourcing methods including social media management and HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively, conducting performance management reviews, and facilitating employee evaluation processes.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll (using systems like Paychex or ADP), and leave policies such as FMLA while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Ensure adherence to employment & labor law requirements by maintaining accurate contracts, data collection records, and compliance documentation.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation projects with strategic planning and project management skills.
- Conduct affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace environment.
- Monitor workforce management metrics using tools like Kronos or UltiPro for data-driven decision-making in staffing and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance protocols.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies using ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo; experience with HR sourcing is essential.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead change initiatives effectively across departments.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging employees at all levels and managing employee relations proactively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing data entry tasks accurately.
- Organizational skills to oversee benefits administration, performance management processes, training programs, and administrative functions efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred but not required. Pay: $61,854.08 - $74,490.94 per year
