VP, Global Client Delivery & Operations
Location: Remote, U.S.-based | Preferred states: AZ, CA, CO, TN, or NC | Flexibility required for Pacific, Eastern, and Singapore time zones
Hiring Salary Range: $150-175k
The Role
EverHive is seeking a Vice President, Global Client Delivery & Operations to own and lead the
company’s global contingent workforce client delivery and success function.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for delivery performance, client delivery margins, MSP and VMS implementations, program expansion, analytics, compliance, team leadership, continuous improvement, and delivery support during the sales process, including client discovery,
solutioning, demos, and implementation feasibility discussions.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The right candidate can operate strategically while staying
close to the work: setting delivery standards, managing margins, leading complex
implementations, supporting demos and solutioning conversations, improving operating models,
and stepping into client or program issues when needed. This role reports directly to the CEO and leads a team of dedicated workforce professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Margin Ownership
- Own EverHive’s global client delivery function across MSP, SOW, workforce analytics, AOR/EOR, and IC compliance programs
- Manage client delivery margins, program profitability, delivery quality, and operational performance
- Establish and improve delivery standards, operating rhythms, governance models, and client service expectations
- Provide leadership visibility into delivery health, client risks, resource needs, and profitability
- MSP, Workforce Program & VMS Implementation
- Lead end-to-end MSP and contingent workforce program implementations for new and expanding clients
- Lead VMS implementations and optimizations across platforms such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Workday VNDLY, Elevate VMS, and Flextrack
- Implement operating models, workflows, supplier strategies, onboarding processes, compliance controls, reporting structures, and governance frameworks
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
Global Client Services Delivery
- Ensure high-quality delivery across global client programs, with APAC experience strongly preferred
- Drive program expansion, optimization, operational maturity, and service excellence
- Act as a senior escalation point for client delivery, implementation, and program performance matters
- Operate as an embedded extension of client teams, not a traditional vendor/MSP layer
Analytics, Compliance & Innovation
- Drive workforce analytics, KPI reporting, and operational insights across client programs
- Use data to identify program improvements, expansion opportunities, compliance risks, supplier performance issues, and margin opportunities
- Support AOR/EOR strategies, independent contractor compliance, worker classification, onboarding controls, and global governance
- Advance the use of AI, automation, analytics, and modern workforce tools to improve client outcomes and delivery efficiency
Team Leadership, Mentorship & Growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 6 delivery professionals
- Build team capability across MSP delivery, implementation, analytics, compliance, client communication, and project management
- Create clear expectations, accountability, development plans, and operating rhythms for team members
- Coach team members to improve executive presence, client communication, problem-solving, and delivery discipline
- Identify skill gaps, provide regular feedback, and support career growth within the delivery team
- Act as a hands-on leader in implementations, escalations, client discussions, and operational problem-solving when needed

- EverHive’s delivery function operates with structure, speed, quality, and scalability
- Client delivery margins are understood, managed, and improved
- MSP, workforce program, and VMS implementations are delivered on time and with minimal rework
- Clients view EverHive as a trusted strategic partner, not a vendor
- Analytics and reporting drive better client decisions and stronger program performance
- Compliance, AOR/EOR, and IC governance standards remain strong globally
- Program expansion and improvement opportunities are proactively identified and executed
Required Experience
- 10+ years in MSP, contingent workforce, workforce solutions, and global services delivery
- Proven experience leading MSP program implementations, contingent workforce launches, VMS implementations, client expansions, and operational transformations
- Experience managing delivery performance, delivery margins, program profitability, or operational efficiency
- Strong project/program management experience in fast-paced client environments
- Hands-on experience with one or more major VMS platforms, including Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Workday VNDLY, Elevate VMS, and/or Flextrack
- Strong understanding of MSP operations, SOW programs, workforce analytics, AOR/EOR, IC compliance, supplier management, and global workforce governance
- Experience supporting programs across APAC, Americas, and/or EMEA, with APAC experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading small, high-performing teams in client-facing environments
