Workday Reporting & People Analytics Manager
Location: Virginia – Hybrid - Offering Relocation Package.
Salary: $135,000 + 20% Bonus
We are looking for a Workday Reporting & People Analytics Managerto join a growing HR technology team and take ownership of Workday reporting and people analytics across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with HR stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to understand business requirements, design and build reporting solutions, test and validate outputs, and present insights back to stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the full reporting lifecycle while helping shape the future of the organisation's Workday reporting and analytics capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR stakeholders and COEs to gather and understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Design, build, test and deliver Workday reports that meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain Custom, Advanced and Dashboard Reports within Workday.
- Develop reporting solutions across relevant HR and COE functions.
- Present reports, findings and recommendations to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Manage the full reporting lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to delivery and stakeholder presentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Work closely with HR, People Analytics and Workday teams to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable and aligned with business needs.
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting and Workday Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Workday Reporting.
- Must be able to build Custom, Advanced and Dashboard Reports in Workday.
- Experience managing the full reporting lifecycle, from gathering requirements through to building, testing and presenting reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting reporting and insights to HR stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple HR functions and/or Centers of Excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
