Role: Director of Business Intelligence
Location: Hybrid, Miam FL
Duration: Full Time Employee
Salary: $135-155K/year
Job summary:
This role sets the direction for modern analytics and data solutions, advancing a scalable, forward-looking data architecture that meets the evolving needs of the company. In close partnership with analytics leaders and institutional stakeholders, the Director ensures alignment with data governance practices—building a secure, standardized data environment that reduces silos and strengthens institutional trust.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field earned by date of hire
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data, analytics, or related disciplines
- Direct experience leading direct reports and functional teams
- Leading an institution-level major initiative in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in higher education or similarly complex and/or siloed organizations
- Experience with Workday FIN/HR/Payroll and Student data structures, integrations, and reporting (PRISM or similar; Banner a plus)
