We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Anesthesia Recruiter to join our dedicated healthcare talent acquisition team. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for clinical anesthesia roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media management, HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro, and ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through behavioral and technical interviewing techniques to evaluate skills in negotiation, talent management, and communication skills
- Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external networks to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Manage employment contracts, employee orientation sessions, and employee evaluation processes to ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards
- Utilize cold calling, lead generation, and research methods to identify passive candidates and expand the talent pool
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting within healthcare or related fields, with a focus on anesthesiology or clinical anesthesia preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and employment law regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationship management effectively
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday, Paychex, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, iCIMS or similar platforms
- Familiarity with HRIS tools such as PeopleSoft or HRIS systems for data management and reporting
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, cold calling, research, and social media management for recruitment outreach
- Knowledge of training & development practices and succession planning strategies is a plus
