Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Workday configuration, including business processes, security roles, and workflows
- Support day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring system performance and data integrity
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations
- Identify opportunities for process and system optimization
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration (required)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools within HR systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
