Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities like employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Administer benefits programs and payroll processing using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR legal standards.
- Support performance management initiatives by conducting employee evaluations, assisting with succession planning, and implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management within HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for efficient data collection and analysis.
- Lead compliance efforts related to FMLA, OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation, Affirmative Action Planning, and other employment laws to uphold legal standards across all HR functions.
- Facilitate training & development sessions focused on workforce management, organizational design, change management, and HR best practices to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human capital management (HCM), human resources management (HRM), and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as OSHA and FMLA.
- Proficiency in HR systems including Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar platforms; adept at data analysis using Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conduct interviews.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in benefits administration, payroll processing, contract management, and social media management for employer branding purposes.
- Ability to implement strategic planning initiatives such as organization design, talent management strategies, and succession planning.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and change management techniques to support organizational transformation efforts.

Pay: $61,198.24 - $73,701.10 per year
