WorkDay HCM Analyst
Onsite (Charlotte, NC/Minneapolis, MN)
6+Months Contract
This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team.
•This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release.
•Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
Required Qualifications:
•5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
•Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
•Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
•Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
•Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
•Prior Workday certification
•Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
