Workday HCM Techno Functional Analyst

Interview Process: 2 rounds (2nd round will be Face-to-Face).
Key Responsibilities
- :Configure and support Workday HCM, primarily Talent Management, including Skills Cloud, Performance Management, and Succession Planning
- .Support additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, and Core Compensation
- .Gather business requirements, configure Workday, manage business processes, and perform testing/UAT
- .Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions
- .Administer JIRA, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and manage development sprints
- .Maintain Workday master data, organizational structures, job profiles, positions, and locations
- .Support AI initiatives and process optimization within the HR technology ecosystem
.Required Skills
- :6–9+ years of HRIS/HR cloud platform experience
- .2–3+ years of hands-on Workday Functional Configuration experience
- .Strong expertise in Workday Talent Management, Performance, Succession Planning, Core HCM, and Recruiting
- .Experience with Workday Business Processes, Security, and Configuration
- .Strong knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology
- .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- .Workday certification (Core HCM/Recruiting) and AI/HR technology exposure are preferred
