Executive Assistant & Marketing Operations Coordinator (Remote, International)
Limitless Women | Remote — International candidates welcome | Part-time to start, growing to full-time | $700–$1,000/month (part-time), doubling at full-time
About the Role
Limitless Women helps female entrepreneurs build profitable, purpose-driven businesses that create global impact. We're looking for a proactive, detail-loving Executive Assistant & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our Founder and keep our marketing and operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a strategy or content-creation role — you won't be deciding what gets posted or writing copy from scratch. Instead, you'll be the person who makes sure everything that's already been planned actually gets done: posted on time, tracked accurately, and reported clearly. If you're the kind of person who feels calm and energized by checklists, dashboards, and follow-through, this role was built for you.
This position starts part-time, with a clear path to grow. At 90 days, if you've shown you can follow instructions closely, use our systems well, and reliably perform the responsibilities below, this role will grow into a full-time Executive Assistant position — 40 hours per week, with pay doubling to match.
Schedule
- Starts at 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to grow to 40 hours/week at the 90-day mark based on performance
- Must be available between 12:00 PM–4:00 PM Central Time (US) each workday for quick questions and check-ins
- Fully remote — work from anywhere, as long as you can cover the overlap window above and can be paid via PayPal or invoice against a credit card
Compensation
$700–$1,000 USD per month to start (part-time, 20 hrs/week), based on experience. At the 90-day mark, candidates who are meeting expectations will move to full-time (40 hrs/week) with pay doubling accordingly.
Payment is made via PayPal or credit card against invoice. Please only apply if you're able to accept payment through one of these methods.
What You'll Own
- Calendar & inbox support — keep the Founder's schedule accurate and her priority messages flagged, answered, or routed
- Daily social media publishing — post approved content across LinkedIn, Facebook (2 pages), a private Facebook group, and Instagram (2 accounts), and monitor for comments/DMs
- Marketing operations — check links, campaign pages, and dashboards for accuracy; keep the editorial calendar buffer stocked
- Reporting — maintain a weekly scorecard and monthly summary of key marketing and business metrics
- Client & vendor communication — respond with warmth and professionalism, following through on details
- Task tracking — keep our project management system (ProWorkFlow or similar) current so the Founder always has visibility
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, marketing support, or client care — ideally supporting a busy founder or CEO
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces without dropping anything
- Hands-on experience with social media posting, editorial calendars, email marketing, and reporting dashboards
- Clear, professional written communication
- Comfortable working remotely and using project management software to stay organized
- Proficiency using AI tools for marketing, organization, and communication (for example, drafting/scheduling support, summarizing information, or streamlining day-to-day tasks) — you don't need to build new systems, just use the ones we already have well
- Experience with Go High Level, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, WhatsApp, and project management tools (ProWorkFlow preferred, but not required)
Ideal Fit
You're proactive, grounded, kind, and detail-oriented. You genuinely enjoy being of service and take pride in the small things nobody else notices — until they go wrong. You get real satisfaction from checking things off a list and doing them right, not from reinventing how they're done. You're excited to grow with a company over time, not just fill a short-term role. You feel connected to a mission built on Profits for Purpose — where the business exists to fund the impact, not the other way around.
How to Apply
Please send your resume along with a short note (a few sentences is plenty) on why you'd be a great fit for this role, and confirm you're able to accept payment via PayPal or invoice against a credit card, to Support@LimitlessWomen.com.
