Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development planning to promote continuous improvement.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ensuring compliance and effective communication.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
- Support HR projects related to workforce management, organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and change management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR data using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors; perform data analysis with Excel for reporting purposes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by staying current on employment & labor law requirements and HR legal standards; prepare necessary documentation for audits or legal inquiries.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human capital management, human resources management, and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance practices.
- Proven ability in recruiting strategies utilizing ATS tools such as iCIMS or Taleo; proficient in social media management for talent sourcing.
- Skilled in benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and HR systems like Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in organizational design, training & development programs, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Proficient in data entry, Excel data analysis, and report generation for HR metrics; familiar with tools like Kronos or Dayforce for workforce management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $62,204.58 - $74,913.04 per year
