We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional to enhance our team by developing and managing Workday reports and dashboards across various HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation. The role involves leveraging Workday Reporting tools to deliver insights and support stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a range of reports and dashboards using Workday tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
- Manage and optimize the catalog of standard and custom reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions with Workday modules and maintain security settings for reporting access.
- Conduct thorough testing of reports to ensure data integrity and resolve reporting issues.
- Provide training and documentation on reporting tools and offer ongoing support to users.
- Assist with audit and compliance reporting needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Reporting tools and HRIS functions.
- Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical and functional issues.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred: Workday Reporting certification.
