Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 6+ month contract (potential extension and/or conversion opportunity)
Experience: 3–5+ years of recruiting experience
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join their growing Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, providing strategic recruiting guidance, and taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle
.The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of corporate and agency recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act as a trusted recruiting advisor. This person will be responsible for managing open requisitions, leading intake discussions, building candidate pipelines, and providing consultative support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process

ewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruiting efforts across a variety of departments, including HR, Accounting & Finance, Operations, and Corporate functions. - s.Source and engage both active and passive candidates through various recruiting channel
- s.Review resumes and provide thoughtful candidate recommendations with clear rationale behind submission
