Workday Systems Analyst
Support and optimize HR and business systems with a focus on data analytics, reporting, integrations, and process improvement. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance system performance, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and data migrations.
- Improve workflows, automation, data governance, and system functionality.
- Develop and maintain data integrations and reporting solutions.
- Create insights and analyses to support business decision-making.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience in Workday, business analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
Experience with system integrations, and data migration projects.
