Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Chinese-English) Human Resources Specialist to join our remote team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our organization’s talent management, employee relations, and HR operations on a global scale. As a key member of our HR department, you will drive strategic initiatives, support workforce development, and ensure compliance with employment laws across diverse regions. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates in both Chinese and English.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to promote continuous development.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and compliance with relevant regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy, generate reports using Excel data analysis techniques, and support payroll processing activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance management by staying updated on employment & labor law changes in multiple jurisdictions and implementing necessary policies.
- Facilitate training & development initiatives, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to foster an inclusive organizational culture.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution efforts effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles supporting global or multi-regional operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, workforce management, and project management within HR functions.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel for data analysis is essential.
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance requirements across different regions.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English are required to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience handling benefits administration, personnel administration, and administrative tasks related to HR sourcing is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
