Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities like employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee employee evaluation procedures, performance management initiatives, and succession planning efforts to support career development and organizational growth.
- Administer benefits programs, handle payroll processing using platforms like ADP or Paychex, and ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA and OSHA standards.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce management plans, organization design projects, and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Dayforce) for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Support HR legal compliance management by ensuring adherence to employment law in talent management practices and maintaining accurate personnel administration records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with familiarity in employment law, regulatory compliance management, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), HR systems (such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors), and ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures, OSHA regulations, and labor law compliance is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training & development programs that enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Organizational skills to support workforce planning activities such as organization design and succession planning.

Pay: $52,965.25 - $63,786.10 per year
