Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Demonstrated delivery experience in:
- Workday Reporting
- Workday Financial Management
- Workday Integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in post-implementation or stabilization environments
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills
Nice To Have Skills & Experience
- Workday Pro certification (Integrations, Reporting, or Financials)
- Multi-module experience (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting)
- Prior consulting or contract delivery experience
- Familiarity with Maximo and Netsuite
Job Description
We’re seeking a mid-level Workday Consultant with technical and functional expertise in Reporting, Integrations and Financial Management to support a post-production environment.
The consultant will partner with the HRIS Operations Manager taking primary responsibility for configuring, troubleshooting and enhancing our Workday environments.
