Research Compiler (Phone Calling & Data Entry)
Position Overview
MCH Strategic Data is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Research Compiler to join our team. This role involves conducting phone calls to gather information, verifying data, and accurately keying in research findings. The ideal candidate is organized, professional on the phone, and works well as a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to institutions to collect and verify information.
- Record and update research data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
- Compile, organize, and maintain research records.
- Review information for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow established scripts and procedures when gathering information by phone.
- Meet productivity and quality standards for calls and data entry.
- Communicate professionally with contacts and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry and telephone research preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Comfortable making phone calls throughout the workday.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong internet research abilities.
